Domestic Shipping

All items will be fulfilled within 5-6 weeks and will ship via a freight carrier.

Freight carriers schedule deliveries Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.

Additional charges apply for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact Customer Service for a shipping quote.

International Shipping

Return Policy

Merchandise must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for a refund. A return request must be made within 48 hours after receipt of merchandise. Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days. We will refund your order total, less our costs for shipping and handling each way.

Returned items must be shipped back to Decibel 9 by the customer in its original packaging, unassembled, with no signs of use or attempts at assembly, wear, damage, or removed tags.

For items that are shipped free, our shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund .

Custom items and Sale items are Final.

Returns are not accepted on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and all other areas outside the continental USA.

Returns not in transit two weeks after a return request is initiated are not eligible for a return

How to Return an Item

· After you have ensured the item is eligible for return please do the following:

o Fill out the Return Authorization Form

o If the item is damaged/defective, email at least 2 clear pictures supporting the damage/defect claim

· Within 2 business day we will respond to set up the next steps
